Meet Maggeey, our Customer of the Week!

We always love seeing our wonderful customers use our In the Hoop Embroidery patterns!  A few months ago we received a message from a Facebook fan from a sweet customer of ours, sharing a photo of the Little Monster Candy Cuties her 10 year old daughter, Maggeey, made for all of her classmates. She and her Mom set up their machines  across the dining room table from each other and Maggeey creates beautiful Pickle Pie Designs projects for her friends and family!

Below is an interview with the talented Miss Maggeey, along with photos of her work.  (Kudos and hugs to you, Maggeey, and keep on stitching up these great projects! We’re sending you a $25 gift certificate to Pickle Pie Designs to thank you for sharing your story and your photos with us!)

Q: How long have you been sewing?

A: I started sewing hair bows and headbands when I was 8 with my hands. I started using the sewing machine 1 year ago by sewing a straight line with no thread on a peace of paper. Than I finally got to on a piece of fabric. I have started from that. Now I am sewing all different things.

A: Some felt food. Some bags. Snowmen candy Cuties.

Q: What do you want to be when you grow up? (We might want to hire you to work for us at Pickle Pie Designs since you're so talented!)

A: I want to take over my mom's jobs sewing and doing the papers. I also want to be a clothes designer. I really like to sew.

We are so thrilled to have had the chance to see what Maggeey makes with Pickle Pie Designs. We hope she's inspired you as much as she inspired us!
