I found a great source for beautiful felt. The Daily Pincushion on Etsy sells a line of felt that is fabulous for Pickle Pie Designs Hair Pretties! This wool blend felt stitches beautifully, cuts cleanly and creates such a nice finished Hair Pretty.
The owner of The Daily Pincushion, Cathy, makes a sweet line of felt pin cushions and she uses the felt that she sells in her own products. Her pin cushions are gorgeous! Here are a couple of my favorites:
